    hi,
    i have made a few bucks from this, but with the pe where it is divvies falling in relation to sp.i can reinvest in anz and earn a higher divvie with a much safer outlook. Debt increasing and divvies being more than profits. I have decided it is wiser to jump ship whilst land is still in site, but i am keeping an eye on it.
