re: Ann: 2012 Half Yearly Financial Report an... I agree corporate - increase in cash despite all the exploration and development - also looks like ROC don't need to put any more money into Malaysia so there is limited risk there.
On a valuation basis its very cheap - looking like a $50 million full year profit - not bad for a company with a MC of $200m and $36 million cash.
Plus production is expected to start from Beibu by the late 2012/early 2013.
More info on the reserves would have been good - I think that needs and update.
