As the mining climate has turned nasty and employees are being retenced in droves. Many of the Small company miners are lucky to be holding their poitions let alone be incentivised by options.

I can tell you it's very rare in the 20 + companies I am in invested in to see the directors worth their options. The ratio is 5:1 having dissapointed. In those cases the only partial respite I get is the directors not making any underserved money.

Actually including, Perseus, I can think of any companies all the direcotrs deserved options in.
