    Report read well and I couldn't see reason for the SP decline today.

    The two possible catalysts in the narrative were:

    (1) No dividend for the FY12 year
    (2) Capex requirements related to FY13+ expansion

    IMO RQL looks like a solid company and given the dividend narrative I would expect a dividend in the FY13 year, despite the capex requirements.
