Fair comment relaxan that they could pay a much higher dividend then the meagre 2c I suggested. And if they pay a 1c interim and 2c final this stock is now on a 10% dividend yield. I was only thinking 1 and 1 so that by setting the bar low they'd have a much better chance of increasing the payouts over a longer period of time.
