One thing to keep in mind with the Food Division EBIT is that they base their EBIT on acquiring almonds and other products at prevailing market rates regardless of the source, even if the almonds come from their own orchards. So in theory the loss of the Olam orchards should have minimal impact on the Food Division performance.

From the Almond Division side of things I am curious if they'll direct the majority of the almonds to the Food Division to satisfy the demand for product there thus impacting on their export side. One of the benefits of "selling" a greater percentage of their crops to the Food Division is that those "sales" are in A$ thus reducing currency risk.
