On the surface APA cannot vote and the other cornerstone investor is not happy - so approximately 35% before other holders express an opinion are not favourable towards agreeing with the merger. The current offer may have to be reset in order to get this over the line. If not ENV holders will continue to hold an enjoy their distribution each 6 months.
postulating - at current prices the ration may have to change to 5 for 1 plus cash or even better 4 for 1.
