2. What options are there for micro-enterprises (i.e. sole traders)?
The answers are related.
1. Don't know how many users there are because of large legacy customers whose entire organisation are whitelisted.
2. Many of us would be aware of the single seat options available. Simon said they have not been advertising this too much for fear of cannibalisation related to #1.
IMO something to keep an eye on as the old model was based on $25k/year for LGA, ~$200k/year for state, $1m/year for federal Govt depts -- implying 25, 200, 1,000 users on the current $1k/seat/year model.
Overall I got a positive vibe and am happy to hold. IMHO at recent prices it is fully valued but I'm generally quite conservative.
