You were on the money with that call. Large volume and a decent price spike should attract the attention of the regulators.
As a holder of ATP it is good news and I am pleased. However, it is always disappointing to see price action like this prior to news which indicates lax governance and transparency.
It's all-well-and-good when it works in shareholders favour (i.e. price rises) but it is a bugger when it goes the other way and some parties have negative information before others and act on it (by selling their shares).
Onwards and upwards today though I would imagine.
