A company like CNX with no revenue and a share price of 2 cents should clearly look at the way they are remuneration the people to earn support from shareholders. Makes me wonder how they even raised 3.6 mil from placement when 1.5 mil is purely for top execs pay. The execs should have share price performance as main kpi for remuneration. This is ridiculous in my opinion.
