Yeah, sold out. But still hoping it turns for the better for remaining holders. The declaration in the 3B was interesting. Nothing interesting in the Annual report.
Lind drawdowns are getting smaller and less frequent. Drip feeding salaries and not much else.
Their is a hearing set for November in which they hope to have the Operatorship clause removed from the Page claim. Then it will just be about the 25% WI. They are hopeful of winning and it would unlock funding options and allow certainty. I have my doubts.
But it does hightlight that the 25% isn't as big an issue as the operatorship which is what Fender and Acreage have said all along. So they were spot on.
And it is also the reason why Page hasn't and wont settle out of court. They can argue all day about percentages and compromise but neither party will budge on the operatorship clause.
If GGP lose the November hearing, it will be interesting to see the positive spin they put on it.
