It's going to be a very interesting time now that the old Board has been removed. The shareholder who requested the special meeting (Mr. Wang)did give a prepared speech through an interpreter but it was difficult to gauge the future of the coy from his response.The same can be said for the number of questions raised with him regarding his view of the coy's future. However it must be remembered that he is not the major shareholder in the coy. The major shareholder, Dr Shaoqing Li, indicated (when asked)that he would be voting in favour of the changes to the Board.

The only disqueiting episode of the Meeting was the appearance of the ex MD who had the cheek to hand out his cards to Mr Wang! I doubt that he will get very far with the new Board since they have gone to the trouble of making a clean sweep of the old team.I did raise this matter after the meeting and the response was very reassuring.
