I was left in no doubt that Stephen Prior would not be involved in the future management of this coy. We can forget the normal farewell platitudes.

Further, due to the most recent notice on 22/05/2013,it is evident that Dr Shaoqing is just the front for Mr Hanui Zhong. I always equated Sino Investments with DR Shaoqing. I was certainly naïve in that respect, but it does explain the most recent moves which, initially, I found difficult to understand, as did the previous management! It was blind sided by the initial (faulty)notice of intention of calling an extraordinary meeting.

It is certainly an encouraging move but where it will take us only time will tell.
