re: Ann: 2013 MEO Directors Report & Statutor... A review of the 2013 Director's report and the 5yr performance of the MEO CEO/MD and Board's performance does not appear to be consistent with the company's strategy of "creation of long term shareholder value".
Over the 5yrs [Jun 2008 to Jun 2013]:
Share price has fallen over 80%
Company cash has decreased by over 30% [even including equity raisings from shareholders of >A$90M and receiving PB farm-in monies]
