I am believer that AKK Eagleford acreage is on a sweetspot (100 wells), with a <1 yr payback the money could be recycled towards development of AKK's Niobarra accreage (200 wells).
It's a nice fantasy to imagine a undercapitalised AKK tie up with an asset poor MPO.
MPO has been reduced to investment shell, as stated in previous MPO posts, which suits Bentley Capital. Bentley and its sister companies Queste Communication, and Orion Equities hold >20% interest in MPO, they already have one board member on MPO board. Actually get one board memember on the board is stated strategy objective on Bentley's website. Perhaps Bentley and co are still buying?
