Some more detail around management buy in, this week CEO & MD Neil Helm, Non-executive director Grant Murdoch and Chairman Peter Warne have purchased over 75,000 shares on market – no one will spend their own money if they are going to lose money! An estimated 80 per cent of company director share trade investments turn out to be profitable. Add a not too shabby 3.4% ff dividend for a growth stock and this will reward patient investors imo.
