    I thought the Board's efforts to justify the dividend were fairly pathetic. If you are a 10c fall in the iron ore price from having to raise $750m, it's probably more prudent not to pay one.

    And then they say it's only $40mil anyway, as if that's Ok.

    IMO, they would have been better off saying "we got it wrong, sorry."
