Good to get AGM "being there" reports on HC - thanks copter for yours!

Note in the AGM speeches that NEA said they would not manage company for short term, but were pursuing well-planned growth - so don't expect a high NEA take-up rates to produce high profit growth in next two half years IMO (increasing revenue yes, but the costs of growth (capture, sales, products) will be expensed - best practice IMO and not capitalised).

And they are capturing more of USA population quicker and at lower cost than anticipated.

What I perceive to be the culture set by the CEO for his teams is as follows:
"Set challenging but achievable targets for your teams; teams will then enthusiastically set out to beat them."
IMO This is what NEA has been doing - continuing on this way will be very rewarding.
