I found the revenue comment very interesting. Highly unusual for a royalty to be paid monthly. Saying that all terms are negotiated.

Distribution agreements tend to be monthly. And given its now late nov it would be very possible they have received the first months payment.

Unless of course it was an advanced payment. Fingers crossed cash is in sooner rather than later.
