    Hi afd and all,

If the guy had even one ounce of integrity he would resign but don’t hold your breath.

Remember this guy is now totally unemployable in the mining industry as are most of the names associated with this catastrophe of a company.

The best we could hope for is that he goes into politics and they put him to work on the national debt. If he can reduce the national debt as fast as he has destroyed shareholder wealth in this company Australia should be debt free in around three to five years.

Some time back the board reduced their salaries to compensate for their (total lack of) performance can anyone confirm that they have since back-paid themselves or intend to do so before the mine closure.

I wouldn’t pin a lot of hope on ever getting Dargues up and running with the current team if they can destroy a gold producing company with good grades how could you expect them to raise money for a new project particularly as there is a great deal local resistance to the use of cyanide on the site.

As for the sale of Bendigo after such a long time on the market it probably wouldn’t raise sufficient funds to cover the clean-up cost of the site.

To those still holding stock in this company I admire your tenacity and optimism; however, I feel there are many other companies on the ASX more worthy of your support. Still it’s your money and for what it’s worth I wish you luck.

To the board of UML a pox on all your houses!

Cheers and very best regards: Andy
