The dividend speculation was in hindsight optimistic but largely based on the assumption that the payout ratio may have been as high as 50-60%. The 30% they paid out may have disappointed but the result was nothing short of brilliant.

The sell down is disappointing but the buyers have lined up at the lower price. Very short term views held by some.

Goood to see Passive 1 and others have jumped in to the stock.

Remember, this is only an interim dividend...most stocks (leave out the banks) pay a smaller interim dividend as a few have pointed out.
