I agree with your comments, however, the same was true of BDR when it was at 10 cents. It was grossly undervalued then.
BDR is only overvalued now if you believe it was fairly valued at 10 cents.
I've been saying for a long time, this is a $2 stock, it will get there in the next 2 to 3 years, there'll be loads of problems along the way, but that doesn't mean it won't get there.
