    Is seems a worry that most resolutions will fail including the resolution to renew the proportional takeover bid protection, thereby exposing the Company to the potential for a bidder to seek to acquire control of the company without offering to acquire all of the Company’s shares.
    Seems to be Chatchai's intended ply here.
