O.K. - resolution 2 is the (not binding) acceptance of the remuneration report. Yes, they need 75% to avoid "strike 1". However - any impact would be only if the same result comes up next year AND if afterwards a board spill resolution is passed with more than 50%.
I can't see how this would benefit Chatchai - he announced already 3 months ago a board spill meeting and does not seem to have enough volunteers to apply for the board vacancies he wants to create ...
