I felt that the treatment of Harry Rosen at the AGM was harsh. As he explained he had to stay to put ESRAGATE to bed and organise the restructure. There was no one else in the company with sufficient gravitas that could have done that.
I think everyone is delighted with the result.
He also accepted responsibility for the Esra debacle. No squirming there.
I sense that his retirement from the company may be imminent and hope that he is properly recognised for his contribution over many years.
He has more skin in the game than any of us, and I'm sure things have not worked out as he had hoped.
Hopefully he with continue to hold his share in the company because he knows that the science is solid and the future sky is blue.
