    nope time is for action now and not just diagrams and pipeline projects that vaporise!!. remember helix fiasco and from what I gather may still not be resolved WELL I haven't seen anything about it. but may just take a call to the parties involved - oh wait they are all represented on the ACR board are they not??!!!
