ACR has been a terrible investment mistake for me.
My major problem is that management does not seem to be willing to commit itself to any time frames for product development. As previously stated by others we get this pipeline chart out of them with no dates at all. As a result the same chart seems to get trotted out year after year with very little change.
I am disgusted, to be honest, that the board allows management to have so little accountability that stock holders have no understanding of when things are going to be completed by. Without an expected time frame there is no reason to hurry, no reason to innovate or to stay on schedule - even if a schedule exists.
They further hide behind confidentiality when it comes to the generics just in case some switched on company should find out their plans and beat them to market - at the speed these guys move its no wonder. Just another case of management building walls to avoid accountability.
So we are left to hope and pray that Axiron keeps the money rolling in so the current sleepy crew can continue to live comfortably off the past work of others. Nice work if you can get it. Where have they given us confidence that they can up sales for the products they have and none that any new products will be around in my lifetime? Where are the aggressive sales targets for the existing product lines? Of course sales are handled by other companies who may or may not decide to push the product - a recipe for disaster.
IMO sp will never see $1 again for many many years. So I am left with either taking the loss or trying to slowly claw back some money via dividends. What a bust.
