mcadam departure and losses separate and I'm confident Roy hill won't be repeated. Rather mistakes never happened but sure they'll learn from them and that's most important. They can afford to support a reasonable dividend and hopefully they win some of the bigger jobs that will cover losses and deliver growth strategy.
