Hi Philanthropist- briefly mentioned them in my last post:
-poor communication with owners & wider investment community (although this is slowly improving). Announcements have been lacking in detail/poorly worded. There has also been very little engagement with investors at large to promote the company.
- excessive remuneration, in particular Jeff Cheetham. I expect his package will come down when he steps down from the dual MD/Exec Chairman role. Related to this is also the c$80K per year one of his companies receives for consulting services to SDI. I don't like this related party arrangement and don't believe there is any value in this contract. We have raised this with the executive and board members who have indicated this will be reviewed.
