    I don't get their debt covenant calculations. I know how its supposed to be calculated, but I don't see how they get 2.1 - AU$349.1 x 2.1 = AU$733.1, but total assets are AU$775...

    Total Term Loan B is US$268.1 (page 31)

    Doesn't help that there are a couple of errors to throw you off the path - page 3 glossary. Using debt and AUD:USD numbers from May 15.
