Yes, good analysis but I still think their salaries are a bit off. That's a lot of money they make in a company that hasn't produced a barrel of oil yet. Here in Belgium, and I think in most parts of the world they are searching for every opportunity to lower the income of workers because of 'the crisis'.
Now the oil business is in such a dip, it would be better if management lowered their income, maybe even by half. A nice way to preserve money and still earn more then the average person...
