To put the above in context:
"Going Concern
The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis. The Board is continually assessing the capital needs of the Company’s business and addressing the alternatives available to fund the operational requirements of the Company. As at the 30th June 2015 the Company had $5,206,567 in cash reserves. The Board believes that based upon current spending forecasts there is adequate funding to provide for the Company’s requirements to carry on its strategic plan and beyond 12 months of operation. The Company will need to raise capital to acquire DIAsource Immunoassays SA."
