I know i am stupid when it comes to the law but I always believed that a person who had been a director in a company that had gone into Administration couldnt hold any form of Directorship.

From all announcements put out by STI since 2011 have been from the administrators William Buck - so no wonder we are confused to see Peter Boonen was in charge of STI or has he been involved in Mx360.

Yes my experience with STI has shown me what companies are allowed to get away with, what they can report to shareholders etc and no one appears to have any power to stop them
