    Well a little bit of reading of previous announcements sort of clears a lot up - Announcement 19/10/15 advised us that Peter Boonen was no longer a director.

    Announcement 17/09/15 advised us that the control of the company was handed back to the previous directors and officers.

    Shows what happens when one doesnt read all announcements
