I believe most of the best valued skilled labour is available overseas.
We're a little on the expensive side as far as wages go and a little on the slow side as far as deliverables.

Not my opinion, just continuous feedback from ongoing operations.

OSH should press ahead and get things built asap as there are more trains to be added down here at this stage in 2017 (Gladstone) but I imagine the costs will have to be controlled a little better than they have been here in Oz.
