"Adding scale has been central to OneVue's progression over recent years as it demonstrated an ability to successfully identify and integrate acquisition opportunities in a consolidating industry environment.

Since 2007, the group has made seven acquisitions, three of which were completed in the 12 months prior to listing. Analysts at Bell Potter noted the group had posted its first positive earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) in the three months to March 31.

While the broker is only expecting modest underlying full-year EBITDA of $1 million, the company is more of a fiscal 2016 story. In that year Bell Potter is forecasting earnings to increase to $4.8 million with further growth of about 25 per cent forecast in 2016-17.

The broker has a 12-month price target of 58¢ on the stock."
