    I am not sure the price of SPP.
    If the avarage price of last 5 days is 0.03, what's the price of SPP?
    Is it 0.03*(1-0.15) = 0.0255? Or is it bewteen 0.0255 and 0.03 and the KBL manager will decide the final SPP price?
