I was fortunate enough to average down so I am ahead. I don't mind if ELDPA distribution resumes before dividend.
I disagree with using capital unfairly. My suggestion is the tongue-in-cheek inverse of the unfair situation where ELDPA gets no haircut in redemption while ordinary holders initial investment is so deflated.
This is not a wind up situation so seniority and risk profile is irrelevant. It is board discretion.
