Is this not the fourth year in a row in which excuses have been made for piddle poor share price performenace. The following from the company is just ground hog day yet again, is it not lol

"We are all disappointed with the share price performance given our potential" [Ref: central]

I am significantly happy that central is looking for a new board member, hopefully succession planing is now well and truely in motion and part of central's DNA for forward looking improvement, thanks goodness and about time if the case.

I do of course ofer my services to this company as a potential board room nominee, I suggest based on central share price performance since year 2012, or since the wrongful removal of JH, that my services onto board room be viewed favourable by central.

Liked how this organisation detailed why Magellan board member was removed, pity that it took so much time and effort from shareholders for the message of concern to be heard loud and clear.

So the two issues I personally have now are as following (a) US of A court case which needs to settled prior to final court hearing and (b) planning succession and this needs to be moved along as a priority.

(A) US of A court hearing has been described as being "Vigourously defended" the last time central used these words in writing, central lost and paid 1.6 million in compo from memory. Central, settle and do it fast, what you are not using and have procrastinated upon, release it and provide the big cash in hand settlement.

(B) should this coy overlook my nomination onto board room seat, there are tried and proven captains of industry just scrambling to get their teeth into this Coy, it time to transfer what knowlage is required and implement succession planning. We can no longer keep going to new lower lows year after year and done so since year 2012, what a disappointment has the share price under current manangement been.

I do want to see this organisation succeed, I do want to see the board and senior management succeed, but the time for blaming the world for poor share price performance must end and action must now be priorities.
