Hi,
I was at the AGM. Everything discussed at the AGM is pretty much in the announcements.
My main reason for turning up was to try and form a view in this short period of time of the boards honesty and ability and therefore my own view of confidence. I will keep those opinions to myself. However I think Paul is quite sharp, approachable and seems to have a very good grasp of the business.
A lot of the hard questions were asked. As expected, some investors were not happy, but they all spoke politely. Management did not give away much.

Yes, the Vic business would be a big loss. It contributed, as you say JW, a sig amount to the qtr turnaround.
The figures were a breath of fresh air, and I think most people were shocked to see some positive numbers, but it could all be undone if the Vic business collapses.
They mentioned 2 big contract wins.
They have had 28 audits since Jan 2016, 8 remain open.

They were repeatedly quizzed about the Victorian RTO. I guess if they can come to some favourable conclusion about it, we may be moving in the right direction. But there are so many 'ifs' at present.
They made a point about trying to re-establish confidence and agreed a better relationship with investors was warranted.
There was no more contact since reported re: class action.
