The problem is that the institutions clearly don't give a hang about the behaviour of their management
Clearly that means their is no brake whatever on their behaviour. In these situations it requires personal integrity to commit yourself to goals, work hard and reward yourself for success
Our management clearly shows no signs whatever of any of this. It's just a rotten company. Run a mile.
