Yes, but obviously some correlation between amount of publicly disbursed information and the number of queries to attempt to clarify them. In any other private enterprise pr or help desk, the performance rating to include the number of queries and the ratio of repeat queries. The logical assumption is then that announcements are only for the reason of meeting legal listing requirements. Accordingly none of the time spent by GD should be billed back to the company for query responses since due to the weak communicative efforts. Regardless, I highly doubt GD would be billing back since I do believe a reasonable degree of professionalism exists, and responding to queries is part and parcel of the role. If that were not the case, there would be a separate entity so designed.
Then again, could just be OBJ has a higher number than average impatient or ulterior-motivated holders aka posters
