Yes - you would think a reason for the UK item would be disclosed. After all, companies always quick when an arrangement is initiated including fluffy reasons. But no such luck with the converse.
Regardless, the other items would be expected to be a summary of the year, not so much new items. Hence why called an annual report. Never been to keen on companies that fill them witb fluffy statements about the future and promises. So in that respect, at least an honest and solid report.
