Well considering the fundamental assets in the ground and proof that it can be extracted is UNCHANGED and still there worth billions, all corporate performance and governance measures which are not up to many share-holder's expectations are merely transient problems.
Transient because management can change if given enough impetus (look at Bellamy's). Also as it has been alluded to on several posts, the bad management and performance in acquiring approvals, could mean a take-over which will always need to provide fair value based on what is proven and contingent in the ground with the full knowledge that there is a successful pilot happening.
