Don't expect a reasonable answer to that from him...
He obviously thinks that current management with "not a fit and proper person" being one of them and impressive number of failed ventures between the lot are trustworthy.
His biggest argument seems to be the fact that he attended their office and met them in person... so once you meet "not a fit and proper person" face-to-face, he can be trusted all of the sudden?
