The intent of the down under legislation is to protect third party from nuisance or damages. If someone gets annoyed by the invasion then it best you move on cause the leg wont support your actions and provides clear grounds for enforcement /move on if for example some idiot is buzzing everyone at the beach.
If you fly it into the face of a copper then you also in trouble. Group of consenting friends or environment then ok. The leg also covers and directed more toward much larger more capable drones than the rova and roame
If you fly the thing with common sense and courtesy you will be ok. Do it wrong and p people off and the leg is very clear.
