    There is no comment in the report regarding the capital structure. I assume that management has no intention of taking any action that might disrupt its cosy sinecure.

    I strongly beieve that a sale of the business and an equitable division of proceeds between common and preferred shareholders is the only strategy that will deliver real value for long-suffering investors in SRS.
