I don't have an issue with debt nor share buy backs. It all depends on what price the placement will be done at. Til that's cleared up, there's some small amount of uncertainty. It is certainly odd to do a private placement and buy back the same amount. If they place above the average buy back price then happy days. Management have a proven track record with their capital management as far as I can see so I'm sure it will all be well.
