Agreed with what you said. I reckon the hedging arrangement is a very good for STO share holders. At current oil price, we still realize the Brent price, yet the hedging provided a cushion if the oil price goes below $50., which is approximately the breakdown price for STO. I believe that the decision taken will eliminate the risk of CR.
