Nothing terribly inspiring here. all the management jargon like "go-to-market" strategy and reducing "cost-to-serve" is disturbingly reminiscent of Malcolm Jackman at Elders who wasted years fiddling. Of course running a business is about keeping costs at a minimum and maximising margins and revenues and return on capital. these buzz terms make one wonder what they were doing before they started using them.
